Mountain View, Calif. - February 5, 2009: Jasper Design Automation, provider of advanced formal technology solutions, today announced that EDA veteran, Holly Stump, has joined as its vice president of marketing. With more than 20 years in EDA and high-tech, Stump will assume responsibility for driving solutions, global awareness and partnerships to deliver the full range of Jasper’s state-of-the-art formal technology across a variety of applications, providing significant ROI to its customers. She will report directly to Jasper president and CEO, Kathryn Kranen. Stump’s experience includes high-tech B2B marketing, business development, channel management, and international sales experience in the EDA, semiconductor, and electronics industries.
Prior to joining Jasper, Stump served as vice president of marketing at Envis and at Sequence Design. Stump co-founded, or was on the executive staff at, a number of successful EDA startups which have been acquired by industry leaders, including Logic Modeling Systems (now Synopsys), Precedence (now Mentor Graphics), and Interconnectix (Mentor Graphics). She has also held senior marketing and business development positions at Cadence Design Systems, IKOS, and Valid Logic Systems. Stump began her career designing ICs at HP, and earned her BSEE at Illinois Institute of Technology (cum laude), and MS Engineering Management at Stanford University.
